How Generative AI Is Changing the Way People Interact With Businesses

I feel like this is cool because this is bread and butter sass but also at the very forefront of generative AI. It's like the equivalent of calling an 800 number and just screaming representative into the phone until you can talk to someone. And so that's super interesting. This is the type of use case that I could get really excited about where it's like some of the content use case I'm not as excited about. But in some ways it's been a shortfall of the technology.
