Can Cognition Be Approximated by Computation?

Yogi Jaeger is a philosopher at the University of Vienna, specializing in the philosophy of science and biology in particular.

Are we rushing ahead into the unknown, scaring people, while also producing fake shelters for them to retreat into artificial small worlds?
