Treating anxiety does not mean that you find some magical way to reduce your anxiety down to zero. It's more about becoming better at being an anxious person, rather than being somebody who doesn't have anxiety. So for you, i think this is probably a very predictable and maybe a bit of a basic response. But you're most likely genna want to keep up with the exercise and gradually expose yourself to the sensation that you're talking about here.
