I think probably because you're listening to this podcast it means that you are somebody who likes to improve things. I'm definitely not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but I always want to try and see if there's things that I can do better which is why it's really frustrating when I feel like I'm not doing things as well as I can do them maybe you get like that too so I hope maybe sharing that today resonates with you maybe a little bit and share with you some of the things that help me to try and feel more comfortable more confident.
