Is There a Difference Between a Meatless Monday and a Roast Chicken?

I don't think once you get to a certain stage, I don't think you follow the recipe anymore. You just let go and then you do what you can. There is something to be said for like a meatless Monday or like a roast chicken on a Sunday. That's something I prescribed to as well.
