Amplitude's Early Days
Alex: We spent probably 95% of our time building and engineering things. When we started Amplitude, it was like, all right, let's change that and let's flip that. One mistake I would say we made is we didn't ask for money early enough. Alex: But you know what? You ended up doing this really good loop of giving more feedback to people until we had something valuable as an product.
