The Anti Enlightenment Backlash Right
The enlightenment ethical tradition that has dominated the development of modernity, now seems to be collapsing under its own success. People are either doubling down on the enlightenment vision and pursuing itn increasingly a reckless and destructive ways,. or theyre trying to get as far away as they can from that vision without always being guided by something that's in itself just and sustainable. So i think coming back to these, ah, these other values might might help us. Values like care, values like love. What would it mean to have, you know, world of technologies where care and love and service and restoration were were the things that a the designers had in mind?
