The Most Helpful Therapy I've Ever Had

Most helpful therapy i ever had was about six months of this lady who was a young ntherapist. And most of the really worst, black liquid, horrible thoughts that i had came out in those conversations. So i think grounding mechanisms are a really helpful ex. A lot of people use things like a mindfulness and things like at stay present, oin't they? And they find that really helpful. If you ever try doing that, i'm not really, nor me, no, i just, it's a bit like codmityof behaviour. All very pet just great for some people, i think, but i found it just too much by telling me what to do.
