I don't think I've ever tried celery leaves and I feel like I need to now. They're so good. Throw them on a salad next time. On a piece of fish or chicken. It's a free ingredient. It already comes with it, you know? The only thing is if something is under salted, that's a bit of a pet peeve because you don't get to taste all the ingredients. A little bit of like salt goes a really long way. But I do appreciate it and I love trying new things, especially with Canadian and we have Thanksgiving in Canada, but it's a month earlier. And we do not have like a sweet potato casser
