The Fifth Circuit - Is Section Two 30 a Good Thing?
The key part of section two 30 that really everyone cares about is c two, which basely says a platform can't be held liable if it censors user content. Allan: It's another example of the court making these incredibly bold legal conclusions with very little analysis and no sense of how the precedent has worked. The supreme court will hopefully have to address whether or not any sort of regulation of constent moderation can even happen at the state level.
