All Standing Armies Will Be Abolished

No independently existing state, no matter how large it is, big or small, is allowed to procure. To do so would be to reduce a state and all the people within it to the status of commodities. All standing armies will be abolished because for kant, a standing army implies the possibility of future conflict. No national debt shall be contracted in connection with another state's external affairs.
