The Importance of Belief Bias in Coaching
When you're thinking about them on a console, you're using your thoughts, your beliefs to buy us the conversation. You input your thoughts into the decision instead of the theirs. I'm talking about either belief bias, positive or negative. Positive belief bias, clout your judgment. It clouds your presence with your client when you get too excited about your client. If she doesn't believe she can make money now enough to feel confident enough to spend it before she makes it, what will her result be going out and doing it on her own? No one ever waits to make money. They believe they could make. That's the key.
