Riti: I find your insistence that the world doesn't feel like a very compassionate place to be helpful. She says we block it from or the front of our minds, which is part of what gets mphasized in media. Riti: Day to day we have lots of positive actions with a whole range of people. And if we step back and recognize that not only do we have this capacity to do this, but we actually do it all the time, she says.
