What Happened in Wisconsin?

A lot of Republican voters are wondering, is that specific situation, what happened in a lot of these different states? And if these procedures and rules and laws were changed without the authority to do so, how was the election simply? How did we just shrug our shoulders and say, okay, well, that was a fair election? Well, I don't think anyone said it was a fair elections. Neither side successfully intervened in time, saw these things happening, thought they could do anything with it.
