How can you tell the difference between a sponsor that is very cognizant about overhead and one that has to do deals to maintain their overhead? You can look at what they're charging you for the fees, right? With our company, we're very inexpensive when it comes to fees. We charge like 1% acquisition, 1% disposition, 1% asset management fee,. That's actually really reasonable compared to what I've seen floating around real estate Twitter. These guys get hands on different operating agreements, and it's crazy. And so from us and from our perspective, we don't really care about fees because we want to get rich over the long run, not make a bunch of money
