Writing Decisions in a Meeting
i like an interesting terra social way, watching people in a meeting at the same time make a decision. What is it about that that feels so different then coming to decisions in writing? I'm not sure i've enough experience with watching other people set decisions in meetings. Generally, i just ask them to send me a right up of the decision and what they spoke about. That is supposed to be lossy. And i see writing so often is proof of work. It's just like, ok, we're going to make this change and write a passage, ok? Why send me a memo?
