Economic diplomacy is really important because it allows you to gradually push back against the existing model of economic development. You use your economic diplomacy with the global north, with the global south, with east westn and centrest for those targets. And this is the best time in the history of the world to go into these negotiations with those arguments - no one can say that food sovereignty or energy sovereignty isn't a good idea.
