The Reality of the One Who Does Preach and Teach the Most
The one who does preach and teach the most, not only should be compensated. You are going to have the most influence in people's lives. I had to step back very intentionally and push these men forward. It took a few years. But within three or four years of moving to this model that people really started to see each elder as an equal decision making authority.
