Why Should We Go to the Cloud?

It seems like it would take a certain amount of organizational willpower or maturity to say no. There are definitely many advantages of being on the cloud, especially from an infrastructure perspective. But as long as the answer to why was not satisfactory and we had different priorities at the moment, then there wasn't really a reason to make such dramatic change in the way they did things.
