Taking Away Teen Angers

When children are small, they are so driven to connect with you. Teen angers are giving you two messages at once. The first is, please come closer, and the other is, please stay away. You have to do it as a whole family, not just make it something like, i'm taking away this device from you, but dad gets to keep his phone on all the time. We're all in it together. People reconnect. It's really tough. I will say it was t was way harder with my daughter, cause i had such a warm, like intimate relationship with my little girl. And then she hit teen age years, and things got tough in various ways.
