There's some truth in solepsism. And it's not a happy truth, no, it's not. So one of the things that i often recommend is like, ok, you know what? Go live another life. Start an account on twitter and only follow people who'se either ideology or beliefs, or habits, or what they think is fun. That holy shit exercise, is to show them that every single human being on this planet has reality goggles. Yes, you will shake your cognitive biaces, but you're also going to make your day to day life pretty miserable because you're going to live in that conflict a lot.
