What's the Extra Rule to Otter's Crafting?
Every crafting you're doing is actions you're not taking elsewhere, but obviously, well worth it for most of the abilities and any of the points that you could get out of it. Like pretty much every crafting piece in the game, it can't double up. I find oftentimes, especially like newer cats players, will be like, "Well, my workshop can work on this card, and then my workshop will also work on something else" It's actually slightly easier in Otter's case, because you literally can take the little Otter Meeple and place it on the thing to do one of the costs or the other.
