The second thing that you can do is to start a result tracker on day one. A result tracker is essentially a google dock or a word dock or something similar. And it's going to allow you to keep track of all the results that followed from these projects that you worked on. The third thing that i want you to do is proactively suggest relevant projects that you want to work on, especially if they don't fully aline with the type of value and the type of experience that you are looking for.
