What's Your Continuing Ed Allowance?

I love when an applicant leads with what's your continuing ed allowance? It shows me that this applicant is dead set on becoming a better physical therapist. I'm looking for someone with a growth mindset as an employee, as a coworker. What are you going to teach me? That question didn't use to hold as much gravity because I wasn't much older or have much more experience than the people that I was interviewing.
