John joe is a professor of environmental engineering at the university of technology in sydney. His team wrote this week about using remote sensing technology to live monitor vehicle omissions. Remote seson is very rapid, and the retay costes actually quite alone. There were a lot of decisions that had to be made when this system was rolled out. And i think also that it shows that you can go after the biggest offenders and get the most for what you put into the system.
