John Avlon: It's got to be a case in which it's exclusive federal jurisdiction. Can anybody think of any case wholly apart from the complications of the statute of limitations where a federal prosecutor decides not to prosecute for campaign fraud? And some state government official says, I'm going to prosecute for that same thing.Avlon: If every red state doesn't pass a misdemeanor law that says it is a violation for anyone to bribed or received money from Ukraine or China, why does this matter here?
