I think really what's striking reading this text is the extent to which the debates that we have about self-determination go this far back. And I think you're really correct to note that really that is one of the struggles where revisionism versus revolutionary mind does play out today. The more advanced groups who are pushing an anti-revisionist line, they also are usually focusing on self-determination for the Black Diaspora and the United States.
