I discovered that there was very much of regardless of business or industry there was a very predictable path that people had been through. The startup journey is the excitement and anticipation of launch and then there's what we call the wilderness which is often people being all by themselves trying to figure it out and not having a team around them. From 12 to 50 people is a really awkward business size because you need leaders managers and technicians but can't afford them.
