The Null Association Between Saturated Fat and Cardiovascular Disease
The idea that there's a null association between saturated fat and heart disease may stem from some epidemiology studies. The 2010 meta-analysis by Siri Tarino and colleagues is the most commonly cited study in support of this theory. Alan says he wants to look at how people come to these conclusions, what evidence they're looking at as well as one perspective cohort study.
