The mind ends up going and thoughts. For a little while, you don't know you're meditating. And as i said last week, that's when you're really meditating. We train ourselves not to get jumpy about that. It was supposed to disappear. Let me just nonchalantly, easily, effortlessly return. Once again. Faint idea, once again. Don't try to persist in peating it. Let it go.
