How to Hire a Great Coach

I like that I mean I like being on the hot seat there. How are you going to hire coaches? It's a challenge your team's getting picked apart how do you find coaches things have been successful. Hiring unseen versus somebody you have at least worked with before in the same building. You need to start throwing so much money at these coaches that they don't want to go anywhere else for a head coaching job. Like why would I want to leave my cushy coordinator position where I'm crushing it and getting paid 15 million dollars a year to go be somebody else's head coach who might get fired after two years. We're gonna take care of you way better than anything else.
