Is There a LiveText in the Ap?

Live text is one of the features that i really enjoy. I don't know why wind oa company actually puted to to making this work on windows. It's weird how little you either is for it in preview or just open a screen shot system preferences, opened it in preview and copied the text into gogledocks life. That little orange guy is always up there telling me, zoom and audio jack. Wishd it could go away. Con get rid of it.
