Is There a Challenge in AI?

I look around and I look at what we do in medical AI. And I just see that they just exist in completely different dimensions. There's no healthcare system anywhere in the world with like hundreds of engineers devoted to medical AI. You know, when we have hundreds of engineers focused on clicks and advertising and we have only a handful in our healthcare systems focused on how to better integrate these exciting new technologies into patient care.
