Introduction
Last week there was no episode, ase. Am recorded a full episode and the file was corrupted. This is going to be the shortest episode i've ever recorded because i'm not putting forward any ideas. You won't have to take any notes around this. I don't have any notes myself. And in this episode, maybe in t future, or maybe not, i received some very personal news. At the time that you will be listening to this episode, i will be in recovery. I'll need a little bit of time just to be back in my physical body,. But also back in my emotional seat and my spiritual seat and all the other things.
