Resuscitative Medicine - Should You Use Push Dose Pressures?

If you are not doing resuscitation on a regular basis, you probably shouldn't be using push dose pressures. This is a skill like any other. If you can't place a trans venous pacemaker yourself, you likely don't have the skill set to use those pressures. Then you just need someone to teach you the right way to do it and you'll probably be able to get it done. Okay, so you can read that letter to the editor as well. They highlight some errors at their institution; I applaud these folks for having the bravery to report it.
