A lot of times people will say, well, I had a neuropsych, but they didn't really ask me anything about my personality or mood and stuff like that. What I do is I incorporate the psych piece and that's when you get into socially emotional personality functioning. So that's where you're really able to to delineate with such specificity what the diagnostic picture is for an individual. But again, at the end of the day, if I finish writing these emails, I'm 100% confident that the diagnosis is accurate.
