How to Start a Family Business

I coach about 100 families a year through this thing called Family Inc. And the framework that I kind of share is because a lot of families that are coming to us, they are in an employment situation and they already have a family. So basically the framework we use is that you don't start one business. You start three businesses, not all at the same time, but pretty rapidly one after another within a few years. Most businesses are regional service based businesses. There's never been a better time to start one of these than now.
