The Limits of Chatbot Behavior

chatbots are this basically a Trojan horse for AI and they're this opportunity to test specific or weak AI at scale. By having a branded conversation, you're narrowly constraining what it is people will ask it. So no one's going to ask 1-800-FLOWERS-BOT on Facebook Messenger what the latest football score is. But then to your other point, these things will have good onboarding baked in to tell you what sort of questions you could expect to get back.
