i've been very interested to observe how he different firms work. The thing i've found really am telling is, where you've got the most senior person in the room, what they what they say or do. And it's not just mixed and general experience make an enormous difference. Some firms there'll be two or three people whill work together. Some firms will all do it individually. I think culturally, a having a an environment where as leadern as a boss, you just sort of take that t off when you go into the discussions about an investment, is extremely important.
