Is the United States Prepared for a Pandemic?

Before the pandemic, there'd been this very elaborate study done with millions of dollars and hundreds of experts. The centers for disease control had been pretty badly undermined in its willingness to actually run the battle field during a battle. What had happened was they'd been politicized. And someone down the road will try to figure out how many lives trunk cost us, but e cost us something. I think it would have been better.
