Using a Coordination Tool in a Corporate Environment

The goal is that compensation is decentralized and there's no one saying, you know, here's how much you're going to get. It's really always based on what's the value you're providing. I've seen some really big circles. Sometimes those can make sense for real broad community contribution circles. Other folks have circles that have six, seven, eight people in them where there's a lot of shared context and a lot of trust. So it becomes a really powerful conversation each time there's an allocation.
