A good test is to go on a little bit of a caffeine break. We've written up a protocol before we could put inside the show notes for people to check it out, just something that they can do. If you can't go like four days or a week without caffeine, it's just an indication again, no judgment that there might be something deeper that's there. And then to get back into it, anytime I do, I generally have about one cup of cold brew a day, like ice cold brew.
