We've Moved From Heavy Imperson Culture to More Agile Operating Structure

The management team gets together twice a week for forty five minutes, and we do at round robin. We've become much shorter so you can't even make an hour meeting any longer on our calendar. And they're much more decision oriented. Less pages, less paracoint with o for coming together or quick round robin, and then we hang up. Why we just reach os management chamber, having direct conversations will let you know where it leads. Could lead to a partnership, could lead to an acquosition. It's also creating much more transparency.
