The Importance of Appreciation

Goldie Hawn was hired as a writer at SNL in 2009. She says she knew it would be tough the night before her first day. The biggest source of stress is that you tell everyone that you got hired so like, you know, like a lot of writing jobs we don't know people come and go and get let go after it.
