How to Enable Analytics for the Rest of the Business

The data team will always be a service organization, period. You need to think about enablement and helping people understand what metrics mean. I don't really believe in self-serve analytics but figuring out what some version of self- serve looks like at your organization. It's also a great way to standardize on the definition of things.
