The Goody Goodies Are the Thieves of Virtue
When people fight wars, i trust them. If the reason for which they fight a war is to expropriate somebody else's possessions and women, they will fight a merciful war. A man of true virtue is therefore a human hearted man. We can blow up whole cities, wipe people out, ause we are not greedy. We are righteous. That is why the goody goodies are the thieves of virtue. An inflexibly righteous person is not human. In chinese ideals of justice, a good judge is not somebody who s by the book. Their idea of justice is, for god's sake, keep the case out of court.
