If you haven't done any cardio in months or years, you would only be setting yourself up for failure. I prioritize building muscle. And if i am going to do cardio, i'll do a variety of things, like, sometimes i'll do some pio,. Sometimes i'll ride my stationary bike like i have a pal who jumps rope for 20 minutes.
