The Incentive Structure of the Indictment

I think if you had asked me a year and a half ago or something, like how long is this going to take, I would not have imagined that we, that would be the only indictment now. What worries me is the political culture in this country that just allows someone like Donald Trump to be able to run again with essentially no consequences for what he did. The South was just able to do whatever it wanted for nearly 100 years in terms of disenfranchising black Americans. That had a big impact on the politics of the country writ large, not just of the South.
