I think a lot of times brands don't do it because they're not that good at it, right? You need process to scale creativity, but process also kills creativity. And over-processed the timing and becoming indentured to a process versus the value of an idea is why most companies fail at this stuff. I also think that there is just a gulf between people who can create something meaningful and someone who creates something that is pretty whack.
