UX Research Can Put You on the Wrong Path

i'm gonna invite you on fisa to share your insights for today of course. I was working within my team we were pretty close it was not necessarily designing by committee but different roles were heavily involved in design decisions. We all agreed that the product albeit a very technical product needs to be user friendly and simple clear obvious with lots of white space. It turns out that users were frustrated by white space because it didn't appeal to their mental models or muscle memory. Even if you have team alignment you can all be wrong so this is this is my story for today  and i think it's time for us to move into the top three findings or top three ideas.
